Background

Shatterproof is a non-profit organization dedicated to transforming addiction treatment, ending addiction stigma, and empowering communities. After the pandemic they experienced a decline in their walk fundraising program and organizational shifts that inspired a need for rebranding of their national and walk brand. They came to Charity Dynamics for fundraising, brand and design strategy.

My Impact

As the lead designer I facilitated brand discovery sessions with stakeholders and marketing executives at Shatterproof. Next, I conducted an extensive UX Audit of their existing fundraising platform and website. This included user interviews, competitor anyalaysis and a hyrustic review.
In addition, I worked closely with our fundraising strategist who developed the brand message and fundraising strategy, while I delivered the visual branding updates. I completed their fundraising website re-design to function and be implemented by their fundraising platform, DonorDrive.

Usability Audit

I completed a UX audit for the 2022 Walk event fundraising microsite to identify any major usability issues before beginning implementing branding changes to the existing fundraising theme. However, the UX audit discovered a full theme redesign was necessary to improve event and registration usability.
